Owen is the founder of Drainways and the voice of wisdom in our company. Classically trained in the science and mechanics of drainlaying, he is known in council circles around Hastings and Napier and is highly regarded for his experience and workmanship.

Jaydon was raised in the family business and is a perfectionist in everything he does. He can turn his hand to any job, but has particular expertise in stormwater and sewage systems. His meticulous eye for detail comes into its own in assessing our workmanship in readiness for final inspection.

Carlton likes pressure, literally. As our go-to water reticulation man, he has made it his business to know just about all there is to know about working with water under pressure and the hazards that go with it. He’s a thinker by nature, so if there are cost savings to be had, Carlton will find them.

As managing director of Drainways, Mark wears many hats. On top of his day-to-day management responsibilities, he is the face of the company when it comes to tendering, managing contracts, marketing and communication with customers. He’s also a licenced drainlayer who lends a hand to the project teams when needed.
